By downloading, installing, or using TrackApp ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
TrackApp is a free App Store Optimization (ASO) tool that allows you to track keyword rankings for iOS applications on the Apple App Store. The app collects ranking data directly from your device using the App Store search API and provides historical tracking of keyword positions.
TrackApp uses decentralized data collection from real iPhones and syncs ranking data via the QUIC protocol for aggregation purposes.
3. No User Accounts
TrackApp does not require user accounts or registration. Device identification is based on a randomly generated UUID stored locally on your device. There are no usernames, passwords, or personal profiles associated with your use of the app.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and functionality of TrackApp are the intellectual property of the TrackApp developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without prior written permission.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using TrackApp, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer — Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or its communication protocols.
- Illegal use — Use the app for any unlawful purpose, including manipulating App Store rankings or violating Apple's terms of service.
- Security breach attempts — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, interfere with the app's infrastructure, or exploit vulnerabilities in the QUIC protocol implementation.
- Automated abuse — Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with TrackApp in ways not intended by its design.
6. Disclaimers
TrackApp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be available at all times without interruption.
- Ranking data will be 100% accurate or complete.
- The app will meet all your specific requirements.
App Store ranking data depends on Apple's search API and may vary based on device, location, and other factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrackApp and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the app.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Any interruption or cessation of the service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to TrackApp at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using TrackApp at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of TrackApp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
